1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store
scruffycub.com, operated by Scruffy Cub, Seidenweg 12, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland.

Scruffy Cub designs, sells and fulfils its products through carefully selected production partners located within the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contract and Payment

Your order constitutes a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

Payment is due in advance and can be completed by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via
Stripe) or any other payment method offered during checkout (WooCommerce standard methods). All payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Made to order: Each Scruffy Cub product is produced individually after your order is placed.
• Production time: Usually 2–5 business days before dispatch.
• Delivery area: Currently shipping within Europe only.
• Transit time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–20 business days depending on destination and carrier.
• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Custom production and no right of withdrawal

All Scruffy Cub products are custom-made on demand. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection or other non-defective reasons.

4.2 Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrectly labeled, we will replace it free of charge.

• Report period: Notify us within 30 days of receipt.
• How to report: Use the contact form and include a description and photos of the issue.
• Return instructions: The return address and instructions for returning a damaged or defective product are included with your shipment and will also be provided by us if a return is approved.

4.3 No returns for

• Change of mind or wrong size
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

5. Warranty and Liability

Legal warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a replacement.

Scruffy Cub is not liable for minor deviations in color or appearance that are due to screen settings or production tolerances. Liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
