If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or goes missing on its way to you, we’ve got your back. We’ll send you a fresh replacement at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like face masks) can’t be returned.

At Scruffy Cub, we want you to feel fierce, fluffy, scruffy and happy in your gear. If anything’s off with your order, just reach out – we’ll figure it out together.

From our EU den straight to your cave:

• Standard (Flat Rate): Usually lands in your paws within 5–20 business days after it’s made.
• Standard + CO₂ offset: Same timing, but with carbon emissions fully offset – because scruffy can be eco too.
• Standard DDP (UK only): 3–7 business days, and all duties paid upfront. No surprises at the door.
• Express: Can’t wait? 1–3 business days after fulfillment and your gear is there.
• Heads-up: Available shipping methods depend on what you order and where you live.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation mail with a tracking number. Just click it and watch your gear make its way to your den.

For international (and sometimes local) orders, more than one carrier may be involved. That means DHL or Asendia might start the trip, but your local postie (like USPS in the US or Royal Mail in the UK) could be the one who drops it at your door – that’s called the final mile.

If your tracking looks stuck, check if the page shows a hand-off to a local carrier. Sometimes you’ll get a second tracking number for the last leg. If not, you can always paste your number into a third-party tracking site for more updates.

Tracking info usually shows up within 24 hours after shipping, but hand-offs between carriers – especially overseas – can take a little longer to appear.
